30min Walking In Heels
This session is for those who wish to learn how to walk in heels. We will work on your posture, balance, core awareness, and how to strut with confidence. One lesson is a good start, and most see a change!
1hr Private Lesson
1hr sessions are great for learning technique and choreography. In these sessions we will start with stretch and warm-up, evaluate where you are as a dancer, focus on one or two techniques then progress into a short combo. Combos are either Jazz or Hip Hop. You can do a heels private lesson or hip hop (no heels) private lesson.
